PRE-CONSTRUCTION
To start, we emphasize strong communication between our clients, construction managers, staff, design professionals and all others associated with our projects to ensure the highest level of understanding and collaboration. We take care of our projects from conception to a successful completion and work with our clients handling everything from Pre-Construction documents, construction drawings, permit acquisition, planning meetings, to working with OSHPD or local jurisdictions.
To better serve you, we offer design-build and design-assist services. If you already have a design team, we are happy to work with them to make recommendations on constructability and efficiencies so your budget is maintained.
CONSTRUCTION
During construction, we provide 100% on-site supervision and a dedicated project manager to oversee the project, budget, and schedule. When needed, we will schedule off-hours work to maximize your operations during construction.
An organized, safe and clean jobsite are paramount to success. Our employees are highly trained in safety, infection control, dust control, noise abatement and debris removal.
Subcontractors are required to perform work reflecting our company standards and philosophy.
POST-CONSTRUCTION
Completion of the project includes the final services of submitting as-built record drawings, providing Operations and Maintenance manuals, in-service on equipment and Post-Construction closeout documents for final inspection. And, of course, our warranty.

Full Time Commercial Construction
Superintendent for Bay Area
Salary based on experience
We are currently seeking a qualified traveling Bay Area (work-based) Superintendent must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in Commercial Construction Specializing in TI spaces.
OSHPD, and healthcare experience a plus.
Strong communication skills, schedule-driven, task-oriented, strong leadership skills, high-level construction computer skills, scheduling, manage subcontractors. Procore experience a plus.
Our traveling Project Superintendent is an On-Site Leader; supervising construction to ensure the projects are built safely, design, and on time. Project Managers and Project Engineers will be available to help the new Commercial Construction Superintendent.
Job Requirements: Must have five (5+) years’ experience in a supervisor role for ground-up Commercial Construction (Not Residential Construction). Please include Project List of Previous Work
