At D’ville Construction, we recently embarked on an exciting project in collaboration with Mosaic Materials, a leader in the field of innovative materials technology. This endeavor involved the development of a 30,000 SF Life Science Tenant Improvement (TI), encompassing a wide range of essential components.
Our team orchestrated the installation of brand-new HVAC equipment, an exterior generator, lab casework, specialty lab equipment such as fume hoods, and IDF infrastructure. This MEP design-build project demanded meticulous attention to detail and expertise to ensure seamless integration of all systems. Our primary objective was to deliver a cutting-edge facility perfectly tailored to Mosaic Materials’ requirements, supporting their groundbreaking work in the realm of materials technology.
