Copperfield’s Books

D’ville Construction had the privilege of collaborating with Copperfield’s Books on an exciting project in the heart of San Rafael, California. Situated in a historic 1920 building, the project involved the transformation of a 4,000 sf space into a vibrant retail environment.

The scope of work included the creation of new restrooms, a break room, and a spacious retail space designed to showcase Copperfield’s extensive collection of books. Additionally, our team oversaw the installation of new HVAC equipment and electrical upgrades to ensure optimal comfort and functionality throughout the space.

One of the highlights of the project was the implementation of an exterior storefront system, which seamlessly integrated with the building’s historic architecture while providing a modern and inviting entrance for customers.
