D’ville Construction had the opportunity to collaborate with Terviva on an exciting project in Alameda, California. The project involved the development of a 5,000 sf tenant improvement (TI) space, representing a significant expansion for the company.

The scope of work encompassed a comprehensive MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) design-build project. Our team oversaw the installation of all new HVAC equipment to ensure optimal climate control throughout the facility. Additionally, we installed a rooftop generator to provide backup power in case of emergencies, enhancing the reliability of operations.

The project also included the creation of a state-of-the-art laboratory space, complete with lab casework, fume hoods, and other essential equipment to support Terviva’s research and development efforts. A test kitchen was incorporated into the design, providing a dedicated space for culinary experimentation and product development.

Furthermore, we implemented an IDF (Intermediate Distribution Frame) room to house essential networking equipment, ensuring seamless connectivity and data management within the facility.

This MEP design-build project demonstrated our expertise in delivering comprehensive construction solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients. By collaborating closely with Terviva, D’ville Construction successfully delivered a cutting-edge facility that supports their innovation and growth in the agricultural technology sector.
