At D’ville Construction, we had the honor of collaborating with Adventist Health + Rideout Hospital on a significant project in Marysville, California. The endeavor involved the transformation of a medical office building into a cutting-edge OSHPD 3 medical clinic, spanning 9,000 square feet.
Our team meticulously managed the conversion, which included extensive interior renovations to meet OSHPD regulations and standards. Additionally, we oversaw exterior ADA sitework improvements to enhance accessibility for all patients and visitors. As part of the project, we also replaced the main air handler to ensure optimal HVAC performance and efficiency. This project showcased our expertise in healthcare construction and our dedication to delivering top-quality facilities that meet the highest standards of safety and functionality. Adventist Health + Rideout Hospital now has a modern medical clinic perfectly suited to serve the Marysville community with exceptional care and comfort.
