At D’ville Construction, we had the opportunity to collaborate with Aspire on an exciting project in Los Gatos, California. This endeavor involved the development of a 2,000 sf medical outpatient clinic, representing a vital addition to the local healthcare landscape.
Our team oversaw the creation of new patient rooms, a welcoming lobby, a fully equipped lab, and functional offices, all designed to enhance the patient experience and support efficient operations. Additionally, we implemented new HVAC distribution and electrical distribution systems to ensure optimal comfort and functionality throughout the clinic. This MEP design-build project exemplified our commitment to delivering innovative healthcare spaces that prioritize patient care and operational efficiency. Aspire now has a modern and functional clinic perfectly suited to serve the healthcare needs of the Los Gatos community.
